I recently experienced a minor dental issue, and as a patient who joined this practice three years ago, I continue to be impressed by the consistently exceptional service. The reception staff consistently demonstrates remarkable politeness, and the waiting area maintains a pleasant and tranquil atmosphere. I've been a patient at this Practice for many years. Dr Arif Sadikot and his team are second to none. With regular appointment reminders, reassuring dental treatment and aftercare advice, I can't recommend them highly enough.
Just wanted to say thank you to all the reception staff and In particular, Arif for there professional approach when dealing with clients and the quality for work.
I have been with Highfield dentist for 33yrs, just by missing 1appointment long time ago and another one recently where relative came on time of appointment I could not leave the house. But I still informed the dentist straight away. Now they took me of their register and can't give me appointments. May be their are lots of people facing this similar.
