Asked to wait 3 months for an appointment as a private paying patient. They then changed the date with 2 weeks to go which I couldn't do and was told I'd have to wait another 3 months to be seen. Was also demanded that I pay for a subscription service before my first visit...but that the first months subscription wouldn't count towards this treatment and there would be additional costs. Disappointing experience for someone new to the area. No attempt to find a solution. Good luck to anyone new seeing them.

I have avoided the dentist for a while now due to being very anxious. When I went in James , the dental nurses and the rest of the staff were very friendly and made me feel less worried. It meant that I was able to get the treatment that I had been putting off :)

We registered as a family and the first time our children (4 & 2) have been to a Dentist (due to the Covid lockdown). The staff were so lovely to the children and made them feel very safe and comfortable with a complete stranger looking in their mouths. Covid safe procedures in place. So glad we got registered here.

Have attended this practice for about 35 years, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Very friendly, helpful staff and wonderful dentists.
