We have been patients with this practice for few years and always had a great experience. The whole team is friendly, very professional and always makes us feel comfortable. Recently I took my son to see Dr Ravi as he needed a referral to the Orthodontist. Dr Ravi carefully explained why he needed orthodontic treatment and provided a trusted referral. I visited the dentist today for the first time in five years, and I was extremely anxious. I honestly walked in thinking I might avoid it altogether. From the moment I arrived, I was put at ease. Danielle, the dentist, and Tamara, the nurse, were absolutely amazing. They made me feel so calm and reassured throughout the whole appointment. I can recommend this Dental Surgery, I didn't go to a dentist for about 10 years, but when I got a problem with a broken tooth I decided that I had to see someone. My dentist (Dr Danielle Nicols) was very understanding and mended my broken tooth. I now go on a regular basis and my teeth and gums have never been better. I also see the Hygienist on a regular basis. All the staff are very helpful and attentive, particularly Tamara (the nurse) and Julie on reception and it is a pleasure to visit. The receptionist “Julie” is such a lively, helpful and lovely lady the care me and my daughter had received was super amazing our dentist was Dr.Vince and I was very happy with his treatment and advice he gave me and my daughter. I have never had a dentist sit there and take the time to explain treatment the way he did. His nurse Mahro was very helpful made me feel at ease and was very friendly. Reception waiting time is minimal, best to book online first for any kind of consultation or procedures.
