I have been coming to this surgery for a few years and I cannot hope for a better service. The receptionists are polite over the phone and in person and very helpful in giving appointments when needed. Dr Suresh himself has given me excellent care when it comes to anything from routine cleaning to removing a wisdom tooth urgently. Very happy with the practice

Worst dentist ever called to make an appointment to be told I have to pay a deposit over the phone to secure my appointment even though what I was going for is £80. Not surprised this place has low Google ratings. Been going here since moving to Goodmayes which is back in 2004 and now I will be changing where I go from now.

Excellent dentists. Especially Doctor Suresh. So friendly and professional. Highly recommend this practise. After years of terrible service and not getting appointments I’m very pleased. It’s clean and tidy and the receptionist are also so friendly. Definitely child friendly - highly recommend!

We have been with this dentist for a few years . I think it’s time to change. The receptionist is rude. The dentist is really good at hard selling rather than giving patients a proper treatment. On a few occasions, he kept persuading me to buy a machine he sold. But it was expensive and I couldn’t afford it. He charged me over £22 for an extremely quick (less than a minute) check, no treatment given, but 10 minutes on selling his machines.
