If I could give no stars, I would. Very poor customer relations. I was called three times and asked if I could change my appointment to an earlier time. I informed them I couldn't as I was already leaving work early. I arrived on time, only to be informed they were running 20 minutes late. I could not wait as I had another appointment to have my covid booster. They seemed to be put out that I couldn't accommodate them. I left with a new appointment in the new year, only to then receive an email to say that they no longer wished to have me as a patient. So childish and unprofessional.
