Don't understand the negative comments. Me and my family have been coming here for years and I've always had a positive experience. The staff are great, very friendly, and the service is excellent.

I had an exceptional experience at Shields Practice. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable especially Umar who was phenomenal . The office is modern, clean, and well-equipped, creating a calming atmosphere. My treatment procedure was smooth, and I felt well taken care of every step of the way. Unfortunately didn’t have a good experience when calling — the reception staff came across as unprofessional and dismissive. Hopefully this can be improved in future.

I have been at this practice for many years, great dental staff with the exception of the reception staff. They are the most unprofessional of any reception staff I have encountered before. No empathy, no compassion and argumentative. After speaking with the only receptionist they have, I could not believe the attitude I received, an atrocious manner which left me extremely upset following my visit for an emergency appointment.
