My Terrible Experience with This Dental Clinic I am writing this review to warn others about the extremely poor service and unprofessional behavior I have experienced at this clinic. I have come to this clinic four separate times to receive treatment. Each time, I was either turned away or told, "Not today, come another day." The dentist here is an Indian man who wears glasses . This clinic is terrible. I waited a whole month for an appointment, and when they finally saw me, the treatment was useless. Last week they did a really bad job - instead of helping me, they made things worse! Now I've woken up in the middle of the night with terrible pain and can't get back to sleep. They've actually damaged my teeth. Don't waste your time here. Complete shambles from start to finish. Very disappointed!

New dentists have no clue how to deal with patients. Got nerve damage from an injection then told I needed extra time for extraction booked appointment 3 times for it never to be done. However plenty X-rays taken and charged to tell me I need expensive work not available on nhs hence why I want them extracted. Has given me anxiety to the point I can’t leave the house to get to my appointments. Have been with practice 35+ years and this has only developed in past 4 years steadily getting worse.

Staff is very friendly. Dr. Raghu and Vinay are very supportive, caring and highly skilled. I would like to convey my thanks for going over and beyond to solve my problem.
