I’m not one to complain but unfortunately my experience with this dentist practice has not been a good one. I wanted to change over as I’ve heard great reviews. I registered in Feb 2020 before COVID hit. Of course, naturally all appointments have been cancelled in due course. I’ve rang multiple times in the last few months to try get an appointment for me and my 4 year old son who has never seen a dentist and is complaining about pain. Everytime I’ve got palmed off with the same excuses and that I’m ‘put on the list’ 3 times I’ve been put on this ‘list’ and have yet to receive a call. Today…
