First class treatment at the Hawthorn Dental Practice. I have seen Min Patel on two occasions for wisdom tooth extractions and she is excellent. The staff are all very pleasant and professional. As a retired dental hygienist I can honestly say how excellent they are at Hawthorn. I would highly recommended 👌

I first visited Dr Min Patel back in March of 2025. I paid for a consultation and was informed that l would need a scan. I returned to the surgery a week later but the scan was unsuccessful due to the amount of gold l had in my lower Jaw according to Dr Patel. I supplied my own scans. I heard nothing for a month and called once a week every week for the next 5 weeks. Dr Patel never returned my calls or emailed. Instead Dr Patel had a receptionist call, no doubt having shared personal medical information with her without my consent, to have the receptionist who did not remember my name, tell…

After a bad experience at another dentist, I popped in for a chat and signed up to a very understanding practice. My initial treatment is now complete and I couldn’t be happier. The treatment and the staff were outstanding. I actually for the first time I recall felt at ease going to my appointments. Thank you so much for changing my life. I couldn’t recommend these guys more if I tried.

Referred by my dentist Dr Sehra at Simply Teeth. Dr Min Patel and the whole team are amazing. What I thought was going to be a painful experience was quite the opposite. Wisdom tooth extracted in super quick time. Brilliant all round.
