Reception staff are friendly and helpful, as were the dental team. The Trinity Trees practice, has a downstairs treatment room, however there are steps up to the entrance. If you're OK with a few steps then you won't have a problem. By the looks of things there is also a treatment area upstairs, so again if more than a couple of stairs is an issue, make the team aware before attending and see if they are able to accommodate you. The dentist I saw had decent knowledge of my medical condition and how it can affect the enamel and dentine of the teeth, so overall they seem well informed about…
I'm super happy with the awesome dental care I got. Everyone there was so nice and professional, which made my visit really comfy. My dentist took the time to totally explain my treatment options and answered all my questions. I totally recommend this dental place to anyone looking for great and caring dental services. My teeth feel way healthier and cleaner now. Thank you
Had to book an emergency appointment privately, got it within the hour. Natalya was super friendly, attentive and in terms of taking the tooth out that needed going was incredibly efficient and effective. Felt so well-looked after today by their whole team.
Genuinely appalling. They never answer the phone or emails so my partner hasn't been able to book an appointment for about a year. They also were meant to make a referral to a specialist which was never done. By some miracle I did eventually get my call answered but my partner's dentist wasn't in so was told I'd receive a call back in two days which never happened. They've now silently removed my partner from their list of patients from apparently missing too many appointments. Appointments that my partner was never told about.
