38 Whitehall Street

Went in today to post a parcel as a return. There was a queue of 4 people but the staff made quick work of getting the queue down and I was served very quickly and with a friendly manner.

My sister had a few cards in a brown envelope . It was weighed and the relevant stamps placed on the envelope . Dec 3rd . One of the cards was a birthday card that has sentimental value . My mother wrote it on her death bed . I’ve never received it and I’m heart broken . The post office is not fit for purpose .

Excellent service and great customer care. The person at the counter was very polite and she described the different types of delivery services to me. This is how the service should be, it is that good. Moreover, the post office was very neat and all the customers were following the covid-19 guidelines issued by the Scottish government.
