I had my first appointment with Claire and her assistant Sandra. Part way in there was a power outage. For many places that would have ended the appointment requiring a reschedule - but not here. I had a very pleasant chat with Claire until the power came back on and they resumed the treatment. They took this in stride making it easy for me to do so as well. It is true that it is easy to evaluate something when everything goes right, but the best measure of performance is what happens that is out of the ordinary. First time at Dollar Dental Care and am so glad I went . Claire and her assistant ( forgotten the ladies name ) were friendly and calming . I have severe anxiety but felt comfortable and relaxed the full appointment. Everything was explained to me of upcoming dental work , and the kind receptionist went through the prices and date/times there was available with no issues to answering any of my questions . The practice itself is very clean and tidy , and overall a welcoming place .I am so glad that i have chosen here as my new dentist , and looking forward to starting my dental treatment.

Great practice, clean, friendly staff and excellent dentist, claire, who really knows her stuff. Makes me feel at ease when I'm in along with all the other staff. Claire's knowledge gives comfort with the service being delivered. 5 stars.

Friendly, kind and supportive staff at the practice despite me being and extremely anxious person. Dr Robert Watson is very professional, explain everything and sort out even complex issues. Can only recommend the parctice.
