Very modern and pleasant facility with good parking. Had a couple of appointments with the Podiatry team, who were extremely professional, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Parking is also very easy and accessible nearby.

Have been a patient of Lochview Practice for many many years, although thankfully seldom used it. Recently had cause to seek an emergency appointment. Cannot fault the friendly and prompt service, including meeting a new lady doctor with an excellent manner. Cannot fault them!

The receptionists don’t get repeat prescriptions right, there’s either items missing or they make a decision not to put an item through for renewal or they just don’t put any of it through to the doctor. Every two months approximately there’s always an issue and you end up running out of medication. Your made to feel as if you’re seeking something your not needing or entitled to. I have therefore decided after years of issues I won’t be phoning for a repeat prescription and they can save the cost of my medication for the practice budget. Been phoning for 4 days now for the automated system to tell me the practice is closed baring in mind I’ve been up for 8:00 every morning and been constantly phoning for an hour with no answer each day. Only for us to phone up yesterday during the day and get told to phone back in morning from 8-8:30 so here I am phoning and phoning for the automated system to just keep telling me it’s closed. Also shows online that they are open so why am I being told the practice is closed on the phone ? False advertisement!! Another day of work I’ve missed trying to get through to these folk
