Deintyddfa Glandŵr – Criccieth (de-registered 03/09/2025)

I was visiting my parents in Wales from Norwich when I had the worst tooth infection that antibiotics made worse. I couldn’t get an NHS appointment on that Friday was expected to wait the weekend and this was the only practice that agreed to see me within an hour and take my tooth out. I have never been so grateful. They didn’t rush me, the lovely gentleman dentist spent a good 40 mins with me and made sure it was the right decision. I am so thankful.

Had to attend Glandwr today for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction, and having a massive fear of dentists, was very anxious about what was to come. I needn't have worried, from the receptionist through to the assistant and Elen the dentist, all staff were friendly, empathetic and provided good information about what to expect. I would definitely recommend!

As a nervous patient the staff were lovely.
