Orchard Lane Partnership

My Nan moved into the orchards in December and has settled in so well. She is cared for with dignity and respect and loved by all the staff. The orchards is like one big family .

Due to covid was never allowed inside to visit. My father was there pnly for a couple of weeks then sadly passed away. But never had any communication from them, about his transfer to hospital, luckily and coincidentally i phoned in to find this out and managed to be with him at the end. But have had no other comms about his passing. no letter of condolence or anything from the home. Has has a nice letter from his previous home. Only had an vastly incorrect Invoice shortly thereafter from the orchards admin team.

This home is outstanding the care given to both my in law was incredible.all the staff are friendly go above and beyond in their roles I always felt welcome at anytime. This home deserves a 100 stars I would highly recommend this home.

I would give the orchards 100 star's if I could my husband is at the home and he really looks content. The staff are brilliant and they look after my husband and all the residents so well.
