Cranleigh Practice Limited

Took a week of calling 5-10 times a day for almost a week for them to pick up (even though I left multiple voice messages as instructed). When I did get through the receptionist was incredibly rude, hung up the phone on me mid conversation. Also when I called to book the appt I was told I was no longer registered as I hadnt been for over 6 months - even though I hadnt been contacted in any form to notify me of this, as, had I known, I would have made an appt to keep the registration. Now going to a much more responsible and professional dental practice - avoid at all costs.

I'm very disappointed with my recent experience. I attended a routine check-up that lasted less than five minutes, and I was charged £27 for it. As a medical professional myself, I feel this fee is excessive, especially considering it exceeds an hour of my salary. I believe there should be better transparency regarding the costs of such brief appointments.

It is with a heavy heart that I am writing this review after as a family being with cranleigh dental practice for over 20 years. My favourite dentist in the world retired (Saro) but was replaced by a lovely, gentle lady who I never thought would be as good as Saro, but definitely was. One of my daughters and myself are quite nervous patients and she was wonderful. Out of the blue, when we went for our regular check up we had been moved with no notice to another dentist. Just visited this practice for the Dentist followed by the hygienist. Both were so professional, welcoming and helpful. Really impressed compared to my old dentist in Godalming. Definitely recommend.
