Manoj and Emma did a superb job and were absolutely wonderful on my son's root canal treatment! They're very nice, friendly and informative. I recommend if you're seeking any similar dental treatment! The front desk team Sharon and Nikki are amazing as well! They answered any questions I had and are very nice and informative from the moment of booking, arrival and when leaving! So feel free ask questions when there!
What a lovely service. From receptionist to dentist. I took my son there and the lovely dentist Diya was patient, kind and very attentive. She explained everything nicely. She put the xray on the big screen and help me understand whats going on with his tooth. We both left the practice happy and confident in the choice of treatment we decided to go with. My son was like mummy please can she be my dentist 😂. My response was definitely. Diya and Emma are truly wonderful. They are so patient, kind and compassionate. I have had some tricky work done and cannot thank them enough. From someone that avoided the dentist for years I am so happy I have found a Dentist and Dental Nurse as amazing as Diya and Emma. The practice runs smoothly, on time and it is very clean. Whilst expensive, it is worth every penny. The ladies on reception are always friendly and great communication skills. Thank you all 😊
What a wonderful experience! I contacted Chancery to request emergency treatment and was offered a same day appointment. The first of 2 necessary extractions was pain free and I was given the option to have the second extraction done immediately or to come back. Diva, who performed the routine talked me through the entire process and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. She and her assistants are a great team and you can feel how much they care about your welfare. When I returned for my 2nd extraction, it was as relaxed as going for a haircut (if i had some).
