Zen clinic were amazing for me, all of these negative reviews do not reflect my experience AT ALL, I saw Dr Mathura and she was incredible. I felt extremely welcomed and listened to which is amazing as I had a very bad experience elsewhere. Her nurse, Emily was fabulous and very attentive any information that Dr mathura wanted me to know about Emily had explained in detail and made me aware of, they work very well together to make the patient comfortable. 10/10 would give more than 5 stars if I could, would recommend to anyone who is PETRIFIED of the dentist like myself!!
Absolutely amazing practice. I have been here for a few years now and as someone who is young and extremely fearful of the dentist, this practice is amazing at being patient and caring with me. Micheal on reception is always friendly and welcoming and my main dentist Gabriel is excellent at his work. Big shoutout to Emily - during treatment recently I was extremely anxious, she is the best and most supportive assistant I have come across - so understanding, kind and reassuring so thank you!! Would recommend!
I am so impressed. Had nothing but bad dentists who have been rude and unhelpful. I had one sitting with ravi and felt I was in good hands and learnt more about my condition in one sitting than I had in last 10 yrs of nhs dentist. Yes costs alittle more but worth it for peace of mind and to be treated like I mattered.
Wonderful clinic. Always greeted with a smile which is so important. I have all my check ups with Gabriel who is lovely and gives great advice. Then last month i had an emergency appointment with Ravi for an infection. What an amazing man - so much personality. You know you have received an amazing service when despite the pain you walk out smiling. Keep up the fab work. Highly recommended
