I’ve just got back from having 3 teeth extracted with Dr Al-Hashemi, his assistant & a trainee. They were all amazing and so was the lovely receptionist. I have never had teeth out in the chair before so I was naturally quite nervous. It was pain free with the numbing injections. It took about 7 minutes start to end and I couldn’t feel a thing, you just hear the noises of the tools. I was spoken through every stage before and during the procedure, and they all checked in with me throughout to make sure I was okay. The kind lady on reception was so welcoming and also made sure I was okay aft…

My wife was very nervous but Staff (shout out to the receptionist too) made it so much easier for her with their professional and caring approach. She was talked to throughout the process which was very reassuring. A very experienced business.

Went to get a tooth extracted was very smooth and quickly. The stafff was so nice and kind towards me. they talk to me through everything and reassured me every step of the way and the receptionist was very reassuring and positive

5 star superlative experience one that I haven’t come across in 25 years The doctor and his team here certainly seem to know what they’re doing and I sincerely hope the NHS contract continues and flourishes. This gentleman is extremely intelligent in their profession and I haven’t seen confidence and work like this for a very long time. The whole ambience and presentation of the business is a clear benchmark of how it should be done. My hat off to them. May your hopes and wishes go with you.
