Old dentist was great, but the new one is unprofessional. Called the wrong patient name as I entered the room, her hands fell out of my mouth multiple times, she advised that I remove undamaged baby teeth which has never been mentioned by any other dentist I’ve visited, and denied that implants would be covered by the NHS (which they are!!!!!). All that was said to me in the end was that I should’ve gone to an orthodontist years ago and the only way to ‘fix’ my unbroken teeth is with a £300 retainer. I can’t recommend this dental practice enough. Both Rose and hygienist offer a wonderful professional, gentle and kind service. Receptionist is always really helpful and patient.
I found the staff at the Shortlands Dental Practice very professional, and dedicated to attending to the needs of the patient. They are very empathetic, and listen attentively to the patient's request and give solutions promptly. Above all, the team's collaboration is amazing and they are like a happy jolly family.
