My partner and I have been to this dental practice several times now, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience. The whole team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. James, our dentist, is absolutely amazing — skilled, gentle, and someone we trust completely. He always takes the time to explain things clearly and puts us at ease every visit. We genuinely love this place and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for high‑quality dental care with a personal touch.
My second visit to this dentist practice after being recommended by a friend of mine. I had an appointment with hygienist Kaitlin and nurse Susan who were both great, felt very relaxed in their presence. Kaitlin was thorough and explained everything, including how to keep on top of cleaning & flossing. The fab girls at reception - Amina and Michelle - were super friendly and welcoming. Thanks all! I can’t recommend The Bristol Dental Practice enough. I am a nervous patient and a colleague recommended Devin due to his caring and professional approach. They were absolutely right in recommending Devin, he has been great in guiding me through my treatment plan. I have also been receiving ongoing treatment from Joel who is fantastic at his job, hugely qualified and a really nice person who takes the time to make sure I am fully informed and comfortable every step of the way. The Bristol Dental Practice is exceptional. I’m having some treatment with Dr Joel Thomas and also saw Nadia Forrester the hygienist today. Both Dr Joel and Nadia (and their nurses) are highly accomplished, thorough, friendly and professional. Nadia gave my mouth the best clean of its life! My treatment with Dr Joel is ongoing and I couldn’t be happier or more grateful for the care I’m receiving. Ellie and Helen on reception have also been so kind and helpful to me. Thanks so much to you all for making something that’s potentially very stressful into a more positive experience for me!
