Without malice... My partner and I registered and joined Regency House.. We both saw dentist A myself first and then my partner straight after.. I went downstairs to pay for the first part of my treatment on the NHS.. The receptionist Kelly asked if everything was OK and I said no..! I haven’t really had any good experiences here in the last 5 years as an NHS patient. I’m sorry that I am not “posh” or able to pay on my own as a disabled person. I am sensitive to anything going into my body, including the numbing given by dentists. My body is very tolerant and sometimes needs more than the usual person and saying that comes into play with what I’m going to write next. Twice appointments cancelled and I was told the first time that it was because the dentist wanted some holiday time during the festive season. Surely he knew it was the festive season more than three weeks prior (when my appointment was cancelled). It was only booked a month before! The excuse is ‘our dentists are self-employed and so choose their holidays’! Lots of people are self-employed but plan their holidays in advance.
