Without malice... My partner and I registered and joined Regency House.. We both saw dentist A myself first and then my partner straight after.. I went downstairs to pay for the first part of my treatment on the NHS.. The receptionist Kelly asked if everything was OK and I said no..! Not keen and was the worst treatment id ever had from a dentist... Then my partner came downstairs and had an awful experience to made her gums bleed and was treated roughly as was I... I haven’t really had any good experiences here in the last 5 years as an NHS patient. I’m sorry that I am not “posh” or able to pay on my own as a disabled person. I am sensitive to anything going into my body, including the numbing given by dentists. My body is very tolerant and sometimes needs more than the usual person and saying that comes into play with what I’m going to write next. Twice appointments cancelled and I was told the first time that it was because the dentist wanted some holiday time during the festive season. Surely he knew it was the festive season more than three weeks prior (when my appointment was cancelled). It was only booked a month before! The excuse is ‘our dentists are self-employed and so choose their holidays’! Lots of people are self-employed but plan their holidays in advance. Cancelled my appointment the day of and said i would need to phone to rebook. Ive tried phoning on multiple days and occasions and no one ever answers the phone! The actual dentist themselves are brilliant and make me feel at ease as i dont enjoy going to the dentist
