Brecon Dental Care (de-registered 31/03/2025)

Had to use this dentist as an emergency referred via 111. Service from inital phone call, to receptionist to actual dentist and work done was fabulous. Friendly staff and very professional. Dentist put me at ease with his friendly manner and kept me informed throughout appointment. Had to travel 45 minutes to this dentist but would consider moving to them due to fantastic service. Highly recommend.

My first visit. I was nervous. Owen was kind, considerate and explained everything clearly. His nurses were smiley and reassuring. A dream team for sure. I walked out quite emotional but very happy to know I'm getting my teeth sorted properly next year . I've been so busy caring for my now passed Mum that I've neglected my teeth and been in discomfort for a while. Owen gave me confidence it would all be sorted and pain free. Could not have been more pleased. Abbi on reception was a delight. So efficient and patient not just with me but with other patients too. They all delivered way beyond…

Carli and her collegue were fantastic. As a nervous dental patient they put me at ease. And the procedure was pain free. A great team and a great practice. I am an NHS patient too! Thank you.

A great practise. Visited for hygiene appt with Kirsty. She is absolutely lovely, explains everything & checks in whilst completing the work. Didn't catch the other ladies name but she was just as friendly & supportive. Receptionists are great too - great teamwork in the practise.
