Synergy Dental Clinic

I was suffering with a painful tooth and was not registered to a dentist. I was recommended to use Synergy by a work colleague. There were no appointments when I needed at the Adlington branch but Bolton had availability Great experience. The lady on reception who took my call initially was professional and cheerful and explained what the £30 initial fee covered. When I arrived early the ladies on reception were very friendly. I was seen sooner than my dentist appointment. Mr Patel, the dentist was great. Advised me to have my tooth out which I knew anyway and this was the I overall cheaper…

I recently visited Synergy, Blackburn Road, Bolton for a scale and polish. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and was very polite. I was called in within minutes and both the hygienist and her assistant were friendly and made me feel at ease. The process didn't take long and I was happy with the results. Thank you very much.

Dentist was lovely.She addressed all my issues and concerns. A little disappointed with reception staff who appeared to be pre occupied and were quite rude and abrupt . No please or thank you from them. No smile just generally not engaging. Only because NHS dentists are hard to come by I had to tolerate this but if I did have the choice I would not choose to go there! Customer service training is required !

From the moment I walked through the door I was made very very welcome. All the staff acted in a very professional matter and answered questions when I asked about procedures I wanted. The doctor who told me about what procedure was best for me and was polite...beyond what I have previously experienced at other dentist. Had a new set of teeth within 2 weeks and I'm over the moon with the outcome.. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone wanting crowns or vaneers. 10/10 ...
