The receptionists at Harborne are very nice. I had Keeley as my dentist first then Simon then Suresh. I initially chose this dentist to get Invisalign privately as I wanted a female dentist as I think they have more attention to detail cosmetically and she seemed very nice at the consultation. However, then due to her maternity orthodontist got replaced. I feel like I wasn't really listened to as I asked for refinements which Simon said I would get in next appointment as he did scans but then next appointment he wasn't there and no refinements.
