Initially I was impressed with the lady throughout initial telephone contact. The lady confirmed Patients could self refer and she would send a message to the Duty Nurse to telephone me and explained the call would not use a disclosed telephone number. As a person attempting to access the ADHD pathway i requested a reasonable adjustment of a text first with the name of the person assigned to call with a time.
