Have always been an extremely anxious dental patient and I have never had a better experience than here. The dentists (and dentist assistants) are aways so nice and reassuring. The receptionist is always welcoming and accommodating, could not praise this practice enough. Thank you for all your hard work and taking such good care of me 💞
Lady on the phone was by far the rudest receptionist iv ever spoken to. I tried to pay my bill 3 separate times and she accused me of shouting at her and being cheeky. Surely the calls are recorded so I would appreciate someone looking into that because that was disgusting behaviour from an employee.
First time being at a dentist for a while and was pretty anxious due to having an abscess in my molar. Was seen straight away and all the staff were very welcoming and got sorted quicker than I expected!
Dentist would arrive late to the first appointment of the day and also didn't check gum health as part of examinations, reception staff are abrupt and incredibly direct. Edit- responding to the reply, exactly proves my point, don't how how they feel it's appropriate to discuss my private details on a public forum, dental practices are subject to data protection regulations. I registered with another dentist who were woeful so I asked if I could return as I panicked about not having an NHS dentist, just as well I couldn't return as I'm now registered with a private dentist who are fantastic,…
