I received such good care from everyone involved, the reception staff, to the incredibly kind and efficient nurses, to my dentist who was so reassuring and patient. I can’t say having a tooth extracted will ever be a pleasant experience, but if I had to go through it again I would choose to come back here. I can’t remember my nurses name (numbing drugs and anxiety about the procedure), but she was so good with me and I wouldn’t have gotten through it without her.

Quite frankly I’m disgusted at their level of customer service and care. Wish I had never given them my money. Paid almost £4k for Invisalign and it’s taken over two years for treatment that was supposed to take 1 year very max. Bring you in to review your braces and other pointless appointments when they themselves afterwards say oh this can be done via email, no one ever knew what I was booked in for and always just said you need to come in in two weeks for another appointment and when asked what for never clear until the next appointment. I have had to have a couple of appointments recently for some last touch ups on my bonding and Dr Ose was super friendly, very informative. I felt so comfortable when I am usually very anxious when going to dentist appointments. He’s very trustworthy and if I could I would give him and the girls 10 stars great team and atmosphere!
