We at Palmers Law have had the pleasure of having office space within Phoenix House for a number of years now. The communal areas throughout the building are fantastic, The Bistro is a superb space to sit and have a coffee with colleagues or clients. Tracie and the front of house team are always there with a welcoming smile and nothing is ever too much trouble. Phoenix Business Park is a great place to work - onsite Bistro is perfect for staff and clients. Location is very convenient easy access to A127 with EV charging points onsite. Outdoor eating and breakout areas are great especially in the Summer! Management team are very responsive to any office maintenance issues. We enjoy working here!

Having moved into Phoenix House five months ago, Shields Environmental have been delighted with the support from the Team and the environment the facility provides.

We have been tenants at Phoenix house for 5 years and will shortly be renewing our lease, The landlord has been very accommodating in working with us to reconfigure our space for the next five years ahead. The offices and communal area’s are clean, bright, and well maintained, with continual improvements happening, great communication from the team and friendly staff in the Bistro.
