Have not been to Dentist since the start of COVID and after hearing my Partner and step son go to the Ascot Dental practice I thought why not commit and give it ago. The staff were extremely helpful and professional and Crystal who I was seen by gave great advice to different dental treatments options.
Very good service. My wife called for an emergency appointment in the afternoon and I was seen the following morning. Fast, friendly and put a nervous old man, who'd not been to a dentist for years at ease. Both the dentist and her assistant were excellent and there was a friendly reception to welcome you in. I would definitely recommend the Ascot Dental practice to anyone needing help.
Unfortunately, I do not believe this practice is a suitable environment for my child to continue receiving their dental care. The appointment was scheduled for 9:50 am. We were admitted at approximately 9:58 am. Shortly before the appointment, my son had eaten a cookie as it was his normal snack time. Upon seeing this, the dentist stated that she could not proceed with the examination and displayed a noticeably rushed manner throughout the interaction. I explained that my car was parked directly outside the practice and offered to quickly retrieve a water bottle and toothbrush so my son c…
I was treated so very kindly and thoughtfully through both extractions and a root canal treatment. After many years of being an anxious nervous patient, I can honestly say that I am feeling much more reassured about dental visits, thanks to Tamara and the staff at this practice. Thank you.
