Bought a pair of Kickers men’s boots. Ordered a 44 they sent a size 39. Won’t accept emails and customer service has no number. I’m £96 out of pocket and can’t return the boots. You know the rest.

THG the owners of My Vitamins ... no answer from telephone number here ... dreadful automatted responses to queries on delivery ... virtually no means of contact. The worst customer support ever experienced.
